Precious roots remain at l'Arbre Blanc.
Julie and Jacob, a young Danish couple who met while working at a restaurant in Copenhagen, will continue Fred and Caroline's excellent wine work at Saint-Sandoux in Auvergne.
Julie has worked with environmental protection. Jacob has a background as a sommelier and wine importer.
We are incredibly happy and grateful to Julie and Jacob for continuing the warm atmosphere in this magical family where communication is open, individual differences are valued and nature is flexible.
We already miss Fred and Caroline but have also seen their lives take a beautiful turn.
We hope to see Julie and Jacob and write the final story this summer.
So please be patient for the future of l'Arbre Blanc is bright and worth the wait.
